NOTICE: INCREASING PRICE OF COCONUT BY PRODUCT

As notice stated as above, we regret that rapidly rising costs for raw materials necessitate our raising the price of coconut by product effective on November 1, 2016. The products that will be increased are:

1. Frozen coconut milk
2. Kerisik
3. Grated coconut
4. Low fat desiccated coconut

We have made every attempt to avoid the increase, but we refuse to compromise on quality. Our first aim is to please our customers. We are confident, nonetheless, that you will find the quality of our frozen coconut milk even in light of these new prices to be quite reasonable and competitive. The new price of frozen coconut by product will be announced at the end of October.

We hope to continue our excellent relationship with our clients, and assure you our quality of service will reflect a similar increase. We look forward to continued business together.

Resepi Kari Ayam

Bahan-bahan buat kari ayam:

• 12 ketul ayam
• 2 biji kentang dipotong 4
• 1 asam keping
• 200ml santan
• 10 sudu besar rempah kari Babas
• extra cili
• kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga
• 1 pelepah daun kari
• gula
• garam
• air

Bahan hiris:

• 1 1/2 labu bawang besar saiz besar
• 6 ulas bawang putih
• 3 inci halia

Cara buat kari ayam:

1. Panaskan minyak di atas kuali dengan api sederhana dan tumis rempah penumis bersama bawang putih, bawang merah dan halia hingga kekuningan.
2. Masukkan rempah kari dan kacau seketika sebelum dimasukkan air supaya rempah cair.
3. Kacau terus dengan menggunakan api sederhana hingga rempah sedikit garing dan terbit minyak.
4. Lepas tu, masukkan daun kari dan kentang.
5. Masukkan juga ayam dan masak hingga ayam kecut.
6. Tambahkan sedikit air lagi dan biarkan hingga mendidih.
7. Kemudian masukkan santan ke dalam masakan.
8. Setelah kentang dirasa empuk, masukkan asam keping, gula dan garam.
9. Renihkan sampai pecah minyak sampai kepekatan kuah kari ayam sesuai dengan yang disukai.
10. Kari ayam sudah siap disajikan

Demikian resepi kari ayam sedap, pekat dan simple yang dapat saya kongsikan. Sedikit tips, bila nak masak kari dalam resepi ni, rempah kari hendaklah digoreng lama sikit hingga kering sebelum di campakkan yang lain tu. Kalau tak cukup garing dan masak, nanti boleh lari rasanya. Masak je dengan api sederhana.
